Music metadata is sourced from MusicBrainz (CC0) and cover art from the Cover Art Archive. All other Service content, design, and branding are the property of Nometrii LLC.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nometrii LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
